A Fun & Free Gerbil Toy
Sebastian has fun playing on top of the drink holder that Donna gave him at the gerbil show.Just a few short years ago, most drink holders at fast-food restaurants were made of styrofoam or other unsafe materials. However, today, most drink holders are made of recycled paper products on which your gerbils can safely chew.
As you can see from the photo at the right, Sebastian had a blast crawling on top of, digging under, and chewing on the drink holder that Donna gave him at the 2008 New England Gerbil Show.
Before you give your gerbils a drink holder, make sure that it is made of a paper-based product and not of anything plastic or styrofoam. Also, make sure that it is clean and that no foods or drinks have gotten on the drink holder.
