2009 New England Gerbil Show In Four Weeks!

It’s only four weeks until the 2009 New England Gerbil Show in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Gerbils will compete in the show, which is similar to a dog show, except for gerbils. American Gerbil Society members’ gerbils will be judged according to the American Gerbil Society standards for build, color, tail tuft, facial features, and temperament.

There will also be many gerbil-related activities, including a book signing by Holly Robinson, author of The Gerbil Farmer’s Daughter. Other activities include the Pet Class with a mock gerbil show.

I will be at the show, along with many of the Twin Squeaks Gerbils, including Herman, Sebastian, Hallie, Mike & Toby, Gobo, and Marco & Polo.
