Another Animal Named Pippi Answers Questions????

I ran across this today, and it was just too funny. Evidently, Twin Squeaks' Pippi isn't the only furry giver of advice on the Web. Evidently, there is also a dog named Pippi who gives real estate advice.

It seems to make more sense to us that Pippi the gerbil would know more about gerbils than Pippi the dog would know about real estate. But I suppose you never know!
